Little Black Flowers_A Nail Art!!

Hey everyone!!

 I am excited to show you guys a cute Nail Art I did this week. I used my Nail Art Pen in black for the flowers and it's my first time using it. So I wanted to make something which is easy and not attention-grabber as I would not like to grab attention of my college prof's when it comes to nails and makeup.
I don't know I like things to be subtle yet cute!  And I love this Pink Nail Polish I am wearing.
So I thought of showing it to you although it was not meant to be a blog-post, hence the not-so-good-quality photos from my cellphone. :P

Nail Polish Collection! 200th Post!

Hey there guys! So here's the news, I got back into my routine college life this week..but still have some posts to do..
And bdw this is my 200th Post here! :D
So I thought of doing something special and zeroed on to a nail polish collection! I don't have tons of polishes nor I have famous brands but I do have some pretty shades which I thought might will be interesting to show you guys.. Enjoy the photos! (warning- these are lots of photos!)

Pretty Pink NOTW!

Hey guys, so I had these pictures in my laptop for maybe over two weeks now..and I thought to post it today! And NOTW as in Nails Of The Week, I thought of changing it from NOTD to that because I usually paint my nails once or twice a week and not more than that..just thought of explaining you know. ;)

I got this nail polish from the Beauty Center, Crawford Market and its from some brand called Personi..weird name I know! It was for 30INR and I liked the shade and I was sort of in the hunt for some pick nail polishes (and the hunt is still going on).
Its a dull muted pink color and I think will go with every skintone.

Cool Nail Art Inspiration- Gradient Nails using Sponge!!!

Hey everyone!!
Sorry for not posting anything for the past 3-4 days..yeah its my vacation going on but I have started going to some classes since last week and that takes up all of of my morning time and then I take a small nap in the afternoons..:)

But here's a cool nail trend I am excited about (although it's not a new trend but it has made a comeback) and I am seeing this by various great nail art bloggers and now I feel like I am going to try this soon!! It's the gradient nail art trend using a sponge and we can also do a it with glitter. And believe me the technique is so easy, so I want to try this and I started searching for some color combinations on Google.
And I found many cool ideas and I thought to share them with you guys too.

So I'll put the pictures of some which I liked and the link to their original post will be below the picture, many of them are tutorials so you guys should definitely check the links if you are planning to try these gradient nails (like me).

Spring Summer 2012 Nail Polish Trends!

Hello everyone!
So we all love nail polishes right?!! And when it comes to bright spring colors we love them even more!! Isn't it? ;)

This spring its all about going out of your comfort zone of your regular pinks and browns! Here is a collection of nail polish colors which I liked and think will suite everyone! One can go for the bright fun colors or even pastels as pastels is very 'in' right now! :)

I stay away from yellows, but would definitely get this one if I find the exact shade!

Nail Trend Nail Polish in "Ruby Red"!!

    Hey everyone! I hope your weekend's going pretty good..

    Today after many days I am doing a NOTD post..with a polish I got recently. It a deep blood red color and yes I loved that color, its my 2nd red nail polish and I am not much of a neon or super bright red colors. So this one is dark and looks really good!
    Nail Trend is a brand which you'll see in supermarkets, and I guess its manufactured by Reliance because it has that written on its back. I have four of these Nail Trends ones and they are come for only 15INR/- and in small cute bottles. And I think I 've done two coats of it. They also stay for 3-4 days without chipping I guess coz I don't remember how long I'd worn it.. I usually get bored of my nail paints in 2-3 days and remove it.. :P

Small Nail Polish Haul and swatches!!

Okay..so here's a really small nail polish haul.. (that rhymed!! lol!!)
I got these tiny polishes in october..during the diwali time.. And I was glad to get two glitter polishes since they are so much 'in'!! Again..these are from local brands..not that great polishes.. I am planning a nice "wishlist" for my bday..so feel free to suggest your favourite (don't forget affordable) nail polish brands!!

So now on to the haul..the pink glitter polish you'll see is really shear..transparent. Its looks good when used on some other polish. So I also have shown how it'll look on a cute bubble pink nail polish and how it looks without any polish under it!

V.O.V. NOTD!!

Hey everyone!!
I know..I am doing a post after a month or so..but there were many things which kept me busy..and I am still.. But while browsing through some pictures I came across these pics which I had taken..maybe a month back? So I thought of doing this post!

Here's a proper NOTD post.. you have seen this polish in my previous post where I showed some notd's clicked by my phone..
This one is again a local polish, but the color is something which I like. Can be worn anytime, with anything..and its perfect for fall and Diwali too!! :D

Nail Polish Ideas/Colors for Diwali!!

Hello everyone!! We all know Diwali's next week!! Yay!! I am so excited!!
And most of us (or almost everyone) wear traditional attire during Diwali!! And you should check out these nail  trends which will make any traditional attire look even more gorgeous!

Its all about glitter, shimmer, metallic polishes! If what you are wearing already has lots of sequins and glitter on it, you can go for a nail polish which is not that glittery but has a beautiful shimmer or shine to it, trying to match it with the color of the sequins will be the best!!
Gold, silver and brown nail polishes never fail to look good on such occasions!! :D
