Skincare products Haul!!!!

Yup..its an haul post..but not of makeup..(sad)..

Two weeks before me and my mom had gone to the Beauty Centre at Crawford Market!! I went there for the FIRST time!!! I was drooling over the stuff there!! So many makeup brands!!!!!!!!!

There was everything from Neutrogena's skincare range, The Body Shop(as well), Pond's range, and various other skincare brands..
Now makeup..there was..Lakme, Colorbar, Faces, Gala of London, Revlon, MAC (for sure!!) You know what..I saw MAC for the first time..(you know what I mean when I say first time right)..the blushes, lipglosses...the cute eye shadows..drool...
Then there were brands like Eyetex Dazzler, Diana of London, V.O.V..and some whose names I saw for the first time..But there was no Miss Claire.. :( Or maybe I missed it..hope it is there..

AND......there were MANY MANY nail polishes!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am never buying polishes from any other place now!! :-D

Now..on to the haul...

From left to right:
- pure Almond oil
-Pond's dreamflower talcum powder

-Livon Conditioner

Second line, left to right:

Easy Brush Cleaning!! An old post posted New!!

So...a post after so many days!! (This post was suppose to be posted may be a month back!)
 I am working from my laptop(new) and all my photos about new eyelooks and tutorial(yes! an eye makeup tute too) are in my desktop n I don't have my pendrive too..have given it to a friend to get some movies from her!! :D So I decided to go with whatever I had in my laptop. And this is about 'cleaning makeup brushes'-read the easy way..i.e. when you don't have a specialised brush cleanser like me... :P
So I googled..how to clean brushes and all..and got some really easy to do steps..that too without a brush cleanser!  


I'll show you the step by step photos.

  My brushes which I am cleaning. You'll need:
-baby oil or olive oil
-mild shampoo+water mixture
-soft tissues or soft towel


Step1: Take the brush to be cleaned and dip it in olive oil slightly.

Step2: Squeeze out the oil from the brush and you can very well see the makeup coming out. In the above and below picture is my blush brush being cleaned and the dirt.. ;)

 Step3: Take mild shampoo or baby shampoo and add some water in it. Now dip your brushes in this solution. Don't dip the whole brush, just the hair.

Step4: The remaining makeup and oil gets cleaned because of the shampoo. Then hold the brushes under flowing tap water and clean them further. The flow of water shouldn't be too high.

 Step5: Now keep them to dry!!!

My Street Wear Makeup Brush Set!!!

Hey everyone!! Finally here's my Street Wear brush set I got 2-3 months back!!! I got them for 100INR. Thats a steal I know!! I was surprised myself!! I was wondering of getting few brushes...and I came across this!!
It contains 5 basic brushes.The quality is good..and I love them!! After all thats my 1st brush set!! ;)
Frequently used brushes amongst them are...obviously the big blush brush, thin eyeliner brush for gel liner and eyeshadow brush! Haven't used that cute applicator yet...don't wanna ruin it..its so cute and pink!! Haha!!!
